Release & Restore

with Tom Carroll

Join us for 'Release and Restore' with surfing legend Tom Carroll on September 27. This unique 90-minute experience is designed to help you release physical tension and restore mental clarity. We’ll begin with 60 minutes of targeted trigger point release using massage balls, props, and deep stretches to melt away the stress of the week. Tom, an advocate of daily meditation, will then guide us through a sequence of breathwork and meditation. His practice, has helped him stay grounded, present, and connected, and now he's sharing this powerful tool with you. End your week feeling lighter in body and clearer in mind. This is your chance to unwind, release and restore.

Puppy Yoga

October 5th & 6th

Our ethos is to provide a safe space for our attendees and pups to support mental health and wellbeing. It is well known that the interaction with animals can decrease stress and boost the mood.

We combine yoga with puppy cuddles for the paw-fect balance! And maybe you'll find a new family member.

Partnered Stretch

November 10 - 9am to 10:30am

You will learn about the benefits of stretching with a partner and how to modify a stretch to suit your body and get the most out of each stretch.

We will cover how to choose the right stretch for you, how to set each stretch up, how to utilise your breath to open up range in each position and how to support your partner for the best outcomes.

We will take you through a range of stretches for your hips, shoulders and spine, so bring your partner / friend / parent and join us for this hands-on stretch workshop.

Cost: $45 per person

Price List for Studio Hire

The studio is a big and bright space that can host events, workshops, classes, photo and video shoots.

The space can host up to 30-35 people seated and 20 people on yoga mats.

Amenities include kitchenette, 2 toilets, air conditioning, chairs, cushions, projector, wifi, speakers.

*All rates are exclusive of GST

Casual Rate

  • Per hour - $90

  • Half Day (4 hours) - $320.00

    Full Day (8 hours) - $550.00

Permanent Rate

  • Per hour - $75.00

  • Half Day (4 hours) - $260.00

  • Full Day (8 hours) - $400.00
